Z Dub Media ("we", "us") is a marketing business based in Sacramento, California. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us when you book a call. Our booking calendar is run by Cal.com. When you book, you give us your name, email address and anything else the booking form asks for, such as a phone number or notes about your business.
- Basic usage information. Like most websites, our host and the services we use may log technical details such as your browser type, device and the pages you visit.
- Advertising and measurement data. We may use the Meta Pixel to understand which of our ads lead to booked calls. The pixel can use cookies to record visits and bookings and share that information with Meta.
How we use it
- To schedule and hold your Discovery Session, and to follow up about it.
- To reply to your questions and send you information you asked for.
- To measure and improve our ads and this website.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run this site and our business: Cal.com (scheduling), Netlify (website hosting), Google Fonts (text styling) and Meta (advertising measurement, if the pixel is active). Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, we use it only to contact you about your booking or your questions. We won't send marketing texts unless you've agreed to receive them, and you can reply STOP at any time.
Your choices
- You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
- California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights.
How long we keep it
We keep booking information for as long as we need it to work with you or to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete it.
Children
This website is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
